How NetFoundry Protects Your Information

NetFoundry adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its users happens over an SSL-secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. We advise you to take steps to protect your login information.

Sharing Your Personal Information

NetFoundry does not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. NetFoundry may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above. Your information is used for our own marketing purposes.

We are not responsible for the practices of such third-party social media sites once you have clicked on any such “like” or “share” button. We will not collect any data about you from social media sites.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect through our Sites and the provision of our Services. Despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. If you are a resident of California, U.S.A, you may request a list of certain third parties to whom we have disclosed personally identifiable information about you for their own direct marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. NetFoundry may transfer personal information across national borders.
