Your Role

Lead NetFoundry culture and people development.  NetFoundry has a high-performance, fast-moving culture of innovation, but at a relatively small numbers.  We need to scale our culture, grow it over time and ensure each individual is put in a position to succeed, grow personally and grow professionally.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development of NetFoundry to be a great place where innovators, learners and doers can thrive.
  • Ensure NetFoundry managers are investing in people, culture, learning and development.
  • Work 1:1 with people to help enable them to grow personally and professionally.
  • Manage a culture that is collaborative, safe and empathetic, while being fast-moving and aggressive.
  • Help hire great people whom are even better two-way fits.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, onboarding, learning and development programs.
Environment and location

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-performance, learning-first startup environment as part of a distributed team. You will be based in the continental US with 10-20% travel.
